Description
Pharmacokinetic dosing of antibiotics, for use by pharmacists and physicians.
AbPK performs pharmacokinetic dosing of common antibiotics for which serum levels are monitored: aminoglycosides and vancomycin.
Includes optional Bayesian fitting of serum level data.
AbPK features serum level analysis & graphing, prospective dosing, PK/PD parameter calculation, once-daily AG dosing, and a drug model database.
AbPK also includes a drug model editor which enables you to add multiple drug models for any 1-compartment open model. To illustrate this utility, a Ceftazidime model is included.

I’ve used this app and the online calculator since my Palm Pilot days - reliable and accurate.
The Best Vancomycin/amino glycoside predictor
I find the calculation results to be the best available. The ease of use is unsurpassed. Just the best when used with clinical judgement. Thanks guys!
Great except nagware.
The functionality is great, but the request for a review keeps popping up, even after declining. I didn't pay this much to get nagware.
Good value and functionality
I have used Rick's products since the DOS days. Always good value and functionality. No "save" options but still high value for the price. I found it helpful to tweak some of the default parameters to get results consistent with my preferred methodology (Sawchuk-Zaske) but you should really know what you are doing if you attempt this.
Helpful and easy to use
You won't go wrong with this one. Is really easy to use, and it would help you when on ID service (I'm a peds ID fellow)
