I have been engaging with the app for a couple of months and I am finding it is already helping to put things in perspective. The course lessons are supportive and thoughtful. The meditations are really useful and calming. The nudge feature helps give a prompt to reinforce the thinking process. The app is easy to navigate and I would not regard myself as techie at all really. I would definitely advise people looking for support to get this app, better than a purely book route.
This app is sooo calming for when im stressed.You can do so much like Meditate,check up on your anxiety,Listen to sleep sounds before bed and take courses to help you deal with hard times 💝💝💝💝💝💝💝💝💝💝💝💝💝
I really love this app- it’s much better than others I’ve tried for anxiety and it’s really helping ground me in the morning and ease me into sleep
I have been using the app for 3 months now and it is excellent practice not only for anxiety, but in general to be more mindful and appreciate of life. I would like to suggest a change. When I fill the journal at the end of the day I sometimes do it after midnight and the record goes automatically onto the next day, which is wrong. It would be great to allow to select the day to which to assign a record so that it can also be filled retrospectively. Thank you!!

I have tried several apps including headspace and calm but this for me, is the best one. With meditations and CBT, it is an invaluable tool I use daily and now wouldn’t be without in helping me manage my anxiety
I recommend anyone this app who is struggling with anxiety. It has really helped with having some good solid self care strategies. However I was a bit disappointed when I finished the course to realise that there is only one course, I wish if there was more courses or the membership transferred to the other apps that the developers have made.
I’ve tried many different approaches to well-being and managing anxiety. This app is by far the best I’ve used so far. Such a range of different techniques and approaches to taking care of yourself and in just a short time I feel the benefits. Simple reminders, cbt, relaxation and those personal messages at bed time - just so helpful. I really look forward to embedding this app in to part of my efforts to take better care of myself.
