This app will notify you when a job is finished, but not when the filament runs out. The app can see if the printer has paused, but it doesn’t notify you. It also only works when on the same wifi network. If I’m out of the house, and on 5G, I can’t see the status of the printer.

Impossible to connect to wifi. Trash.

Can’t log onto app because it won’t ever send me a verification code to neither my email or phone.

Just simply don't go out of your way to keep me from pasting my password?

I think this app gets a little too much hate. By no means is it a masterpiece, or free of bugs for that matter, but the majority of the features work properly with occasional issues. The translations in the app (presumably from Chinese) are quite terrible, but it doesn’t really interfere with understanding anything. Connection worked fine for me, I had no issues with it, and the camera feature works well as well. Considering this is for a printer that is less than $300 (I purchased the Kobra 2 Pro, but there are models that are albeit more), the app works as you would expect and I haven’t had any substantial issues thus far.

I downloaded the app yesterday but when I had a account made I tried to log on but it did not work even when I tried the mobile way it still did not work any cubic please help

It keeps telling me “network unavailable, check internet status”. This is super frustrating as I just got a Kobra 2 Pro and now I am missing out on a ton of features. Features that were the main selling point for me. I may return the printer and just buy a different brand that has an app that works.

The slicing option continues to give me errors. The search engine is very limited, and does not find the STL files searched for. This is probably the worst 3-D printing software on the market. there is no one who can help troubleshoot software issues.

Cane even add my kobra 2 neo to it

Can’t connect to brand new printer (M5s Pro). Have tried multiple times over multiple days. Half the time it finds every Wi-Fi network in my neighborhood but can’t connect the printer to mine, the other half it fails to find any Wi-Fi networks at all. Starting to feel a little like this printer I bought that was supposed to have Wi-Fi connectivity was a scam.
