AF App - Legacy

I joined for one day and injured myself so I quit and yet they kept taking my monthly fees out of my credit card. It took five months and many phone calls and visits to the club to finally get my refund. Never got an apology.

Giving this one star as it never worked for me. I have a brand new, updated iPhone. Never read my location properly and would not recognize the gym I go to. I was unable to use the app at all.

Hola quiero salirme de ese lugar no me gusta para nada y el pago es demasiado y si no pagas a tiempo te cobran mucho dinero además si quiero llevar un amigo tiene que pagar 10 dólares cada vez que va llamo porque quiero cancelar mi membresía no importa si tengo que pagar lo único que quiero es salirme de ese lugar para mi no les recomiendo el lugar tampoco te hablan en español y no sé cómo hacer para salirme de ese lugar alguien que me ayude porfavor

Quite possibly the worst app I have ever used in my life. The bugs, the outdated design and terrible interface all combine for the most awful experience I’ve ever had.

This app is unnecessarily time consuming to use when it is working and frequently (now for me) just simply won’t load. My gym is great, but the app makes my experience with membership unnecessarily frustrating. Why can’t these issues be fixed for the sake of the franchisees? Surprising that an international franchise has such a poor app experience. And especially not being able to access the gym with the app but having to purchase a separate key fob seems pretty antiquated.

Still waiting… Apparently I don’t know my own number

I can’t access my workouts without the app crashing and closing. My coach wrote notes and I can’t see any of them without the app closing on me! Please fix ASAP!

Please update the Anytime Fitness Workouts app. Lots of bugs; glitches. No update in over a year.

If you’re able to, pull out and go get a better gym at your earliest convenience. The app does what it needs to, but this company as a whole is not to be trusted. The predatory practices of the way they sell their memberships and how they make it needlessly difficult to cancel even after fulfilling your end of the contract borders on sociopathic. Typical corporate and individual grifters run this place and couple that with a generally terrible experience in fitness. There are infinitely better options than anytime, go find an actual gym.

Went to update my email address, saved it, it reverts back to original. So I figured it needs time to update but it’s not updating. Otherwise this all doesn’t really do anything.
