サポーターの質が悪すぎる
高評価のサポーターでも依頼すると、どんどん見積もりの金額上げたり、情報が足りないとか、遠いとか言って無断キャンセルしてくる。 やり取りが面倒すぎるし、価格が不透明。あと、依頼しても何の返信もない人も多いし、サポーターが人を選んでる。家具組立を依頼するなど、特に若い女性は気をつけた方がよい。何されるか分からない。 結論、こんなダイパもコスパも悪いシェアリングエコノミーは他にはないと思う。お金と時間に余裕がある人は使ってみると良い

玉石混淆
ネットで家具(ベッド)を購入したところこちらのアプリを利用するよう促されインストールしました。 当初公式X(旧Twitter)でも取り上げられ、テレビでも取り上げられていた某認定サポーターに依頼をかけようとしたが、到底大人とは思えない対応(個人情報を多少なりとも開示した後で、向こうから一方的に子どものような理由でヘソを曲げ突如やり取り拒否)をされました。 こんな人が認定サポーターなのかとびっくり、企業側と癒着でもあるんでしょうか…？ その後に別の認定サポーターを選んだどころスムーズにことが運び、無事に作業してもらうことができましたが… 認定サポーターと言えどよくプロフィールを読み、少しでもクセの強そうなサポーターは避けた方がいいです。

効率的で迅速丁寧な作業、作業中の清掃や整理整頓に気を配っておられて安心して依頼できる方です。 IKEAベッド2点をあっというまに解体して頂き、綺麗にまとめられて大変満足しております。
ある時から通知がきません。
端末は通知ONにしているにも関わらずなぜか突然通知がこなくなり大変不便です。
マナーの悪い人が多い
出品に対して、ケチをつけたり、本業で多忙な時期に返信の最速をしてきたりが繰り返されるなどの、マナーのなってない方が多く見受けられました。 二度と使用しません。

組み立てを初めて依頼しましたが、結果とても満足のいく仕上がりをして頂き、ありがとうございました。また利用させて頂きたいと思います。
改善して欲しい点が多すぎます
助け合いのコンセプトは素晴らしいのに、不便な所、紛らわしい所、バグなど課題が多すぎます。利用者の要望を聞けばいいだけなのに、なぜそれをしないのでしょうか。
アプリも割と使いやすいがこの手のアプリとしては双方合意でも取引キャンセル出来ないのは致命的
双方合意の上でも取引成立後のキャンセルがわざわざ運営に連絡してからではないと出来ないのは面倒この上ない せめてトラブルの無い双方が合意した場合では取引キャンセル出来るようにしてほしい
