when you select all mail and mark read, they will become unread after a few moment
Ugly on iPhone X
The lower bottom for different tabs is too high for iPhone X
Embarassing
Email is very often not working for various reason 1. “embarassing, seems we have a technical problem” ( message from Aol) 2. “Customer service was contacted, got a reply within the hour, having explain the problem and since then haven’t heard back from them” 3. “Often can’t connect to the server” 4. “Sending message to the server failed.” 5. “The message was not send because of an error” 6. “ Server will not accept delivery of your message” These problem occurs on iphone, laptop, desktop, via the app or from the syncrognised mailbox and nobody seems willing and or interested to help and solve their problem. Summery Very unreliable- very unprofressional- no customer servicecand support!

AOL Review
Recent AOL update. My contacts were used to create AOL contacts app even though I declined that when asked beforehand. Could not log into AOL after update AOL wanted to charge me for AOL IT service at that point. I emailed CEO for help. All this was very wrong and invasive. It’s now fixed. Not even sure how. But AOL contacts app still on my phone. I don’t want it but changing it changes contacts list in AOL contacts online.

Terrible bad services can’t send email with attachment 😤😤
Frustrating
I am unable to access my address book. I cannot add a new contact, or make group mailings as I could before.
