This app crashes so much it’s useless for the main purpose of needing it!

The app consistently crashes immediately after opening. Not usable at all.

I bought a dash camera last summer and the one I chose uses this app. I have had no problems until now. I tried to download a video for police usage and I can see the video I need to download but every time I try the app shuts itself down. I had to buy a card reader to download the video when this app used to work for that exact use. I’m not sure what they did on the backside for it not to work now but they need to fix it

Connects to wifi, I can modify setting of the cam on my phone, but loses wifi connection within a few seconds.

This is useless . I bought the camera installed and app is absolutely terrible, can’t connect to the Wi-Fi no matter what I tried. So I’m returning the camera

Once you link the camera to the app the camera automatically starts recording and will not stop. There needs to be a way to stop the recording when the app is linked.

Keep getting this message when trying to connect the DVR to the app on my phone. I’ve tried rebooting and turning off and on multiple times, tried reconnecting to the network, and sometimes it connects for a few seconds but then disconnects again. Very frustrating that I can’t get videos onto my phone

Even though my phone is connected to the Wi-Fi signal the camera is transmitting, the app still isn’t connecting to the camera
