Terrible
This app is the worst. Every time I try to open it, the screen is blank. So I have deleted and re-added the app 3 times now. Each time, I lose my information. This should be working effortlessly while at the conference!

Sync issues
Cannot check my schedule due to sync issues. This makes the app useless. Tried contacting support and that is nonexistent as well. Please fix.
App is not working (ineffective when it did)
Not sure why they did not put more effort or money into using an app developer who could create something that works consistently and is user friendly. It’s kind of embarrassing that the American Association of Occupational Therapists did not prioritize something being functional.
Terrible design for such an important organization
Dear AOTA Is this app an indication of the service you provide for your members! Shame on you! Won’t sync or download anything from the conference that start in TWO days! 🤦🏾♂️
Poorly designed and difficult to use
It is difficult to get basic information about sessions and schedules and I wish I could just see a printed version. Brief descriptions of sessions are so vague that they are not helpful in understanding what is to be presented.
