にゃんこのお留守番中の様子を見るのに重宝していたのですが、アプデしたら、登録していたカメラ情報が消えました。 また登録し直さないとならないのか… 外出先なので、今日一日様子を見ることができないということか。くっ！

These cheap cams never did function smoothly. Now that I’ve d—loaded the updated app they won’t work at all. Lesson learned, you get what you pay for. 😡

Why won’t it playback recorded video

What is wrong with you idiots? This app is buggy beyond belief. 90% of the time I can't even load the cameras. I have to use a web browser. What's the point of the app if I can't use my cameras with it. It always says offline. Even when I reload and scan everything. Same thing. Then you get the random reboots of the cameras just for viewing them. I love how you haven't even attempted to reply to anyone's comments.

Starting January 1st 2017 the app does not work and the cameras are useless. As is the customer service. Total run around. Avoid the cameras that use this app at all cost.

Waste of time ...this app is useless since the new update.

Would not scan because it couldn't access the 6S monitor, so scanning but to a black screen. No video playback not even an 'event viewer is in the app so no event (recordings) to view, shows pics no video whatsoever.
