刪除之後就無法再重灌回來程式使用
請問一下最近重新安裝你們的App，我是之前使用過，近來發現連線有問題，刪除後再重新安裝一次的，後來發現就沒有辦法再連線上去了，卡在身分證明文件上傳資料時沒有辦法上傳，出現response status code was not acceptable等字樣，所以接下來也就完全沒有辦法使用。請問要如何處理呢？謝謝。
