Games doesn’t load it crashes when you start it. But looking forward to the great game play when fixed

Super amazing game, but is extremely difficult at some parts. Lots of bugs and crashes; I’d had my account for ages and I was almost done with everything when the game crashed and when it finally restarted after weeks I had nothing
Pro pass
Recently I reset my account on the game and every thing but my cars from the pro pass came back. I don’t know why but I have every other edition that I bought besides the car from the pro pass
Great game, run into a large problem though
Everything in my game runs smoothly, love the game, even paid for a premium account. Although my workshop is not working, I can select the car parts once in the selected car (I have the right parts for the build, multiple even), I’ve also reinstalled the game, with my success fixing the issue. Any advice on how to fix this problem would be appreciated. Thanks

FIX NOW INFINITE LOADING SCREEN AND IVE SPEND A BIT OF MONEY AND HAVE HIGH LEVEL Just happened for the second time
So much fun but
Really great game lots of fun and heaps to do but I feel that I forget which cars have what parts on them and get confused when trying to put parts on to my new cars from the old one as I have to meticulously go through and check I haven’t forgotten anything maybe there is a way of doing this that I haven’t seen but otherwise I think the menus could be changed a bit to help with that maybe
