Started crashing can’t even update IP address??? App worked up till now???

Doesn’t work on cellular

This app ONLY works when connected to a WiFi network despite having a setting to work over cellular. This defeats the purpose of this app to be able to view your DVR from anywhere. Please fix

Confused

It worrked for about two weeks on cellular data then only would work on WiFi.then started to work again on cellular.then the latest update on iPhone to 11.2.1 and carrier update.now back to only working on WiFi! So confusing and frustrating!!! Any possible rhyme or reason??? Thanks

Need update ASAP for iOS 11

Need to be Updated to IOS 11

Used this app for years to check my outside home video system and it worked great. I won't work with IOS 11 and now I'm without a view from my home security system. Please update this app to current tech. APlayerPro hasnt' been updated either since '13 so I know it wouldn't work either, or I would gladly pay for it. Go to work Mr. He! :)
