Apnea Diver is a training app to help you improve your breathing technique and ability to hold your breath, specifically for Apnea Diving. This app works on strengthening the diaphragm muscles to help fill your lungs with more oxygen on inhalation and release as much carbon dioxide upon exhalation. The static tables also help to improve general athletic ability because it improves you lung capacity.
There are 3 exercise tables. The first focussing on carbon dioxide exhalation, the second on increasing oxygen inhalation and the third focusses on Pranayama which is good for meditation and stress relief.
Features:
-Stop-watch to set maximum breath hold time
-Auto and adjustable settings for exercise tables
-Audio instructions
-Log book to track progress
-Ability to save custom settings

Apnea Diver FAQ
Is Apnea Diver free?
Yes, Apnea Diver is completely free and it doesn't have any in-app purchases or subscriptions.
Is Apnea Diver legit?
🤔 The Apnea Diver app's quality is mixed. Some users are satisfied, while others report issues. Consider reading individual reviews for more context.
This app is easy to use and do o2/co2 training.
Log function is also good to check when I do training and which training I do.
But as for the log of breath hold stopwatch, its bad, because the app has wrong record. After a good breath holding, its sad that I can't leave a correct record to my log.
No instructions - do not buy
Not user friendly as instructions are inadequate. Regret buying.
Stinks
I agree with the criticism that there is no instruction. The "instructions" section is really a disclaimer that provides no guidance on how to perform the exercises. I can hold my breath and look at my watch for free.
Should be free - do not waste your money
This app comes with zero instructions on how to use, so unless you are familiar with apnea breathing techniques and terminology, this app is worthless. At its best, its a basic glorified timer, and the app offers nothing that a regular stopwatch/tracker app can't do. Don't waste your money on this, I'm sorry that I did.
Good but could be better
My main complaint is the log book. It only shows you the exercise you did, number of cycles, and the date and time. I think it's pretty reasonable to expect that people using this app would want to see details for each exercise. Show me the ventilation times and breath hold times. For future development people want to see long-term trends. Graphs!
CO2 table 1:00 min
Can't go below 1 minute ventilate time on CO2 table. Log book only records date/time and number of sessions; recording V & A would have been helpful.
Great App, Needs One Enhancement Though
This is a great app for CO2 and O2 tables as well as max breath hold. The log lets you track your progress. The user interface is nicely designed and built. My main gripe with this otherwise great app is it doesn’t give you the option to have an audible countdown timer. I do my tables lying flat with my eyes closed. Not knowing when the ventilation period is ending means I have to open my eyes and raise my head to check the timer. This is a major oversight and the reason I didn’t give this well designed app five stars.
Yo
Great app, let's you work on your o2 and co2 tables, and will make a table for you based off your max breath hold time, a couple improvements could be made though
1- having a countdown before your breath hold
2- ability to save in the log book your max breath hold time
3- in the log book it should have the option of seeing the settings you used on the tables you went through, instead it just tells you what table you did and the date
Other than that it's a great app

Would like to know what ventilate and apnea mean ?
HR not working
Bought this app only cuz of HR option. Shown on screenshot. But turning it on practically does nothing. Other than that its basic apnea tables.
