The reports doesn’t delivers on time, when open the it asks for registration but you don’t get any otp. Apollo Diagnosis are worst

No Sign in ONLY REGISTRATION

Unable to Sign in post registration. In case services are not available in an area now. The information can be shared after login Being a well known group and brand why get negative rating for such a small act which can be corrected. Else classify app under Beta version.

Best

Giving the app 5 stars because my latest experience with it was great! I booked for home sample collection yesterday and got the reports real quick on the app. Plus the reports were very accurate, and people who visited home for the diagnosis were well trained. Faced no issues, so I’m going to keep using the app for my future tests as well (if needed).

Indecent chat service

Online chat service does not give complete solution and they close the chat service without completing Customer’s query

My friend had a good experience using the Apollo Diagnostics app and hence he recommended me to use it. I found it very simple to use. It helped me to add my personal details and find tests easily. The home blood collection service impressed me and definitely made it easy for me to do blood tests.
