Apollo Taxis, Wrexham

Joke of an app. Charged £4 for cancelling when they were unable to provide a taxi. Waited half an hour for nothing, was able to get a taxi immediately elsewhere. Multiple better taxi services in Wrexham don’t waste your time with Apollo.

Service on both trips taken today was excellent

The app is easy to use with a modern design, but when trying to pay with Apple Pay I’m greeted with an error message asking to double-check the app is registered to use Apple Pay. If/When this issue is fixed I’d rate the app 5 stars.

terrible. didn’t show up, had no tracking on the app even when they said the trip was in progress. never again

Very good service

I booked a taxi a day in advanced yet they tell me 10 minutes before I need that taxi that they can’t pick me till 30mi later ! They even knew that they couldn’t pick me up at that time so why wait to tell me. I understand they have school runs but I also need to get to work the amount of times I’ve been late to work because they can’t tell the right times is unbelievable. The actually taxi drivers are lovely and kind but the people in the office were speaking horrible to me accusing me to be in the wrong! I just don’t understand as a taxi company why you wouldn't tell someone as soon as they book a taxi that it can’t pick them up on time because this has happened multiple times !!

Great app this, can finally pay for a taxi in wrexham on a app!! It’s great that I know what I’m paying, can know the waiting time and track the taxi.
