Poorly designed, poorly implemented
I ended up becoming a customer after I switched to complete the transaction on the website. After two failed and crashed shopping carts at the final step. Account fields completion doesn’t give access to the IOS ecosystem of user details. It all needs to be retyped. The register using Facebook is broken. Just very poor engineering hygiene. Enough to turn off a customer. I hope it improves. I hope the company hadn’t triplicated my order on the crashes. I hope the app team more thoroughly QAs its app and strives to improve. I’ll give them another try.
