「走塑有賞手機應用程式」是香港特別行政區政府環境保護署（環境署）開發的流動應用程式，其主要功能是協助市民以智能手機參與「外賣走塑 餐具先行」運動。該運動的會員於參與食肆購買外賣餐時免取即棄餐具，可獲取電子印花，獲取的印花可以兌換禮品。
