很好 但海外部黨員怎麼辦？
整個概念是很好證明黨有與時代並進 但是要登入程式必須擁有中華民國國民身分證及中華民國手機號碼那麼海外部的黨員怎麼辦？世界各地的黨部和港澳支部的黨員就是無法登入啊 請修理一下 別讓部份黨員成為被孤立的一群
