Lack of english functions.
Alot of functions aren’t in the English version. But otherwise it’s ok maybe hard to navigate at first.
More options in Eng version would be better
English is also available; English version just has not so many functions as Chinese one

建行app是我用过的银行app里最难用的，人脸识别从来没识别成功过，不知道弄这个功能出来是干嘛的，每次登陆都麻烦的要死，看看人家招行做的多好

整点积分兑换太难了 一会让下建行生活app 一会让自己补贴钱的 你们建行积分兑换太次了 还不如小银行

别整那些没用的东西，查个余额，交个费慢的要死！
