“江苏网络文艺观察”新媒体平台为江苏艺术基金2019年度传播交流资助项目，由江苏省文化艺术研究院主办，自2019年5月20日开通以来，先后以文艺评论、文艺名家访谈、VR全景看展看剧、AR剧目展示等多种形式推出近百篇原创文章及相关视频，同时利用H5、小程序、APP等多种媒介形式搭建全媒体传播矩阵。团结国内知名文艺评论家，聚焦文艺评论权威观点；组织动员文艺评论爱好者发声，汇聚了不一young的观点；策划“十二艺节”“战疫文艺”等专题，围绕多种艺术门类和文艺形式，回应了当下最新鲜的热点；与多位文艺名家对话，开展线下互动访谈；整合“报、端、微、网”媒介优势，以文艺评论形式拓展江苏重点打造剧目的宣传广度和传播深度。“江苏网络文艺观察”以宣传推介文艺人才为手段，以为读者和观众呈现更多思想精深、艺术精湛、制作精良的作品为宗旨，以助力文艺精品生产为目的，增强网络文艺评论的活力，为网络文艺提供驱动力，激发网络文艺的原创力。
