一睇完優惠，禁返回又彈app
多次彈app
new member registration lol
每天去鴻福堂都提醒要儘快用app，因為加入後30天就不能用臨時的 1. 充值sms，沒有告訴你會員id 是什麼 2. app 註冊需要首次充值的30天後才能用 3. 店員堅持說30天後會籍就沒了？ 這是什麼神仙邏輯，為什麼香港IT會這麼落後 大部分比較有規模的公司，管理層都是對IT一竅不通或者不思進取
被迫更新，更新完不能登入
每次買嘢都俾阿姐疲勞轟炸要幫襯增值，上星期增值了3000大元，今日去買嘢突然彈出要更新app，好啦搞咗10分鐘都係登入唔到，明明係嗰組密碼，不停話錯誤！仲要俾阿姐串「唔識用就帶卡嚟買啦」🤬🤬🤬 大佬，你辦公室啲客服又放晒工，我啲錢點算呀？

You can only create app account with your membership exist more than 30 days. This is absolute garbage, who remember your app after 30 days?

The app is not working! It keep mention not connected to the internet, but all other app works properly, so it shouldn’t be internet connection problem It’s so disappointed that your company encourage customer to use the app, instead of physical membership card, but the app is not working!! Please check and get this problem solved!
