竟然可以特登做個app連去網頁版，所有戶口Number登入帳號都要重新打過，個app 出嚟係咪為咗跑KPI 交數，2024 竟然仲有人寫一啲咁嘅app, 唔睇logo 仲以為係小學生功課啲冒牌貨

無野可以用。不如用Airwallex

身為一間銀行隻app廢到咁，淨係查到balance,咩功能都冇，介面好似20年前咁，仲要勁多錯誤

大佬連login都唔記住個Account number，次次都要入過，入到去又乜分唇都無，咁大間銀行比錢寫個咁廢嘅App？

It’s always been most painful using the BEA cyberbanking via internet, just cannot image it sets another difficulty level for its mobile app. Totally hopeless. I don’t understand why BEA IT team doesn’t test the interface or simply compare it to all other mobile banking apps in the market. It’s the only app(including the internet banking service IU) that I would not be able to use without spending hours of inputting different info and setting-up. The app just simply fails, never been able to use. It’s 2024, please upgrade and simplify your online/app IU.
