为什么连不到网络

原来的手机号已经注销，现在忘记密码用不了手表，请问怎么能联系手表的开发商？QQ是1459871994，希望能看见回复我一下，非常感恩！

我开始以为要卖家来审核，后来发现管理员账号是手我手机号，用我手机号登录app通过审核就好了，现在的新问题是，我之前装过老号，现在有个新号装上去显示无信号，咋办？
