BroadLink e-Control

Worked fine when I first brought the plugs but now the app crashes when you select the plug you want to configure. Another example of a company that abandons their product after being paid.

This was my favourite app because I live abroad and have set lights of the house to turn on at night. Now they are on all day and I can’t switch them off or on. Any time I tap an icon of a device the app crashes. Please fix it because this makes your devices useless!!! DOES ANYONE READ THESE FEEDBACKS AT ALL?????

Used to work well but now just crashes whenever I select a device from my iPhone 11 … Still works OK on my old iPad though.

It continually crashes and now doesn’t work! Made my smart plugs useless

When are you going to fix this app? It makes no sense that it is in the Apple App Store and is failing to work properly. Every time you select an appliance, the app immediately crashes and closes.

This App worked well until a recent update appears to have broken it, rendering all my plugs useless. It crashes on iOS 15.1 or 15.2 on iPhone XR. I’ll be reluctantly binning them and changing brand as a result. Shame

Have had no problems with this app until I updated to iOS 15.1. It now crashes every time I try to access a device. Please fix this, my smart plugs are useless.

Worked fine before for the smart plug but just crashes out on ios 15 please update this to make it compatible.

The app just says no network, then crashes, please can you sort this with a new update. When working, all is really good

The app seems to have stopped working as soon as you tap an icon to switch on a plug it cuts off app, please sort it was a great app for ease
