文都没效率
我的退课退款 6月19号就申请了，到7月4号，流程才开始审批，就差退款，前面审批，4个人，在4号下午，17:08-17:26，短短14分钟，四个人审批好了，最后就差退款的那个人，刘某某，没用弄，可以考虑一下他的业务水平了，拉低了文都的效率，我的课程只是降级了 ，退的差价 又不是全退，这样的处理方式 让人很不满意！ 投诉电话没人接 投诉邮箱不存在

现在电脑用的也贼少了，因为学校内不方便带

能不能分屏
为什么不能分屏呢，上课有时候记笔记需要分屏，还有就是上课iPad评论好难打，想和老师互动都麻烦的要死
能投屏电视就好了
App 能直接连网投屏电视机就好了（不是那种一投屏，手机就不能用的）
能不能支持一下分屏
一分屏记笔记就乱

闪退 而且不支持横屏 课程排版太乱了 很拉垮
兼容性太差
bug满天飞
平板的适配兼容差
还不能够支持横屏使用．iPad上使用会出现中学习版块内容缺失的情况下载的内容也不好用
