服務人員親切接待，滿是溫暖
10月16日前往台北市火車站，來到黑橋牌分店購物，當時購買人潮排隊中，服務人員面帶笑容，親切招呼，真是滿心感恩。
等到天荒地老耶
等一個手機驗證嗎？從上月底到現在，我真的不知道驗證碼是不是直接先出國玩一下再回來捏…説只要認證之後有折價券，但我無法順利完成認證（手機訊號好也不行，訊號不好更別說了）麻煩是不是可以用那種電話聯絡密碼驗證的會好一點！
轉輪獎項
轉輪獎項太少,4種獎項固定不變,我期待的獎項永遠不會出現(原味香腸第二件六折),對轉盤遊戲沒期待,很失望。

網站及app無投訴管道，鳳山門市服務態度很差唷，上班時間ㄧ直講電話，是怎樣那麼跩。
APP有問題，手機認證根本沒地方填。
