一直都用这个软件来订票和监控班次实时信息 用户体验感很棒！

垃圾软件垃圾客服
买票的时候态度特别好，退票的时候真的要求着他们退，退了5个月还没退完，每次打客服都是换葫芦不换药，说的都是一样的，拖延时间，就是不给退。最后还要自己打电话给航空公司退票，真的是太垃圾太恶心了。这辈子不会再用这么恶心的。
退票磨磨叽叽 坑钱
一直用的很好，直到这次疫情，我妈本来定好了机票因为疫情要改签，结果客服故意误导导致选择了自愿退票，根本找不到非自愿退票在哪里啊！！！然后坑了不少钱。真的航空管家这次以后拜拜了，直接自己航空官网上订票吧，价格都一样。
