一. 电梯维保管理：灵活创建电梯维保计划、维保时间提前通知、超期维保及时告警。并进行正常维护和超期维保统计分析。
二. 维保透明监督：基于电梯系统GPS位置信息定位以及机房、轿顶传感器采集数据分析，识别维保人员位置信息和维保过程时间。结合物联保维保APP签到签退功能，维保过程拍照上传等功能。全面实现数字化维保和全程透明可监督。
三. 维保审核及评价：电梯维保结果审核基于电子流程，实现无纸化办公。同时以结果为导向，电梯客观评分系统也是对电梯维保质量评价的重要一环。
