Nice app

Fast, accurate, easy to read. Works well.

This doesn’t work. It’s stuck on one location. Can’t change location. Can’t close out add cause the X bottom is unreachable in the upper left corner. Slow sluggish. One star and delete.

Used to be great. Now it’s not.

This used to be the best app out there for finding train times and routes in Japan. You could download the map and use it offline (wouldn’t update times but you could see routes), and everything would display in the app. Now, if I want to see routes and schedules, the app gives me a link to the ekispert website which renders the app absolutely useless. I don’t know the reasoning behind this change, maybe an M&A, but I’m deleting this app and looking for an alternative.

Great way to get around Japan

I love to travel and use this app fairly often! I just wish there was a way to save routes so you don’t have to constantly find the places. If that’s possible, that would be a great upgrade to the app 🤞

First Train Map I’ve used. I have nothing to compare it to.

I have only half way used it once, right now, but it is accurate! Will have to explore the app more to give more of a review. Idk if it gives you a map of the stations to track yourself while you’re using the navigation.

Accurate tool to get around Tokyo

Only problem, which is probably user error I can’t get app to show current time and schedule. Stuck at 15:30 or something like that. Only thing would like to see how to levigate in side the stations. To get from one line to the next is not always straight forward and with all the construction going on for 2020 Olympic; at one station had to go above ground to get to other line while construction was blocking normal way. Finding the other entrance was not fun.

Really laggy on iPhone. And it takes forever for it to find the station you’re looking for on their roster.

A clear, concise transit map

This is a very polished and easy to use map of Japan’s intricate railway network and good for travelers and holiday makers alike. It can help decide routes using conventional lines in Japan more easily compared to Apple Maps which normally give you the more expensive route via the Shinkansen. My one concern is the app badge on my screen is slightly cropped on the left and top sides, just a minor complaint but I just like the presentation of my apps. Cheers!
