這H5應用太不成熟了，用戶體驗實在太差，設計難看，佈局各種變形，閃退，反映遲鈍。還不如老版本實用。
不停閃退
完全不能用，廈航能認真檢測後再上架讓人下載嗎？這軟件開發部門/公司有夠失敗的。

点击经常不好使，而且一点进什么页面就加载中

这是我用过最垃圾的航空公司网站。所有的联系方式都是ai，回答问题也莫名其妙。我根据我的订单号码来查询我的机票也一直系统出错。下了app之后还没发验证我的护照号码，我想添加身份证号也加不上去，说我号码错误？？？
无法换座，小心
值机之后没法换座，超级麻烦……千万别用，已经和客服沟通半个多小时了

航班每次就提前一天告诉我取消 酒店什么都订好了 严重影响行程 很差劲的航空公司
无法保持登陆状态
登陆后每天都自动退出，无法保持登陆状态。真是垃圾
