当前已经开通的产品包括：中央运送、生活护理、食堂餐饮、机电维修、安保护卫、医废管理和保洁服务等，以及医院专用院内沟通微博（院议）。公共功能包括护士排班、公共考勤组。
系统通过蓝牙、RFID、语音、自动调度、PSA积分管理和智能设备等效率手段，简化工作提升效率，提高业务产出和医、辅、用户之间的效率。
