中国医师协会唯一主持并研制的住院医师规范化培训管理平台，内容设计和功能设计严格按照国家相关标准和要求完成。平台利用信息化和互联网远程培训手段，为各基地住院医师、带教老师提供海量、优质、适用于住培阶段的学习资源以及教学资源，并可对教学活动和教学效果进行跟踪收集、分析、评估，对住院医师培训学习过程进行全程监管，从而为优化教务管理，提高教学效率，改进培训质量，提供基于互联网+的便捷服务于功能支撑。
平台由基地管理系统、学员招收系统、轮转登记系统、培训学习系统、考核认证系统、师资管理系统六部分组成，实现对线上教学、学习、管理的全过程服务。
