根据江苏省医疗保险特殊药品（以下简称“高值药品”）管理相关规定，为加强高值药品使用管理，规范业务流程，优化经办服务，维护基金安全，结合我市高值药品经办实际情况特设计开发此高值药品监管程序。此程序主要实现参保人员高值药品待遇申请。责任医师审核入组、用药评估、处方开具、购药发药及药物输注、药物核销等功能，减少办事环节，方便参保群众，实现“不见面审批”。
