孝信通由一个移动智能助老终端、云服务平台和监护人端的APP组成，免费向老人提供移动救、爱、健、助的服务。
救：孝信通拥有最实用的一扯报警专利，老人在危急时刻，只需轻轻一扯终端，就向所有亲人发出带有位置地图的求救信息；
爱：孝信通简约了微信，把复杂的关系构建由子女完成，一键接通亲友群、朋友群、邻里群，向老人提供语音关爱，也减缓独居老人的孤独感；
健：孝信通链接多种蓝牙健康医疗器械，建立健康监测信息云通道，连接子女和社区医生，为老人提供云健康管理服务；
助：孝信通将提供语音识别服务，把老人各种居家养老服务的需求，转给最近的、有资质的专业服务人员。
孝信通可以通过经认证的健康设备测量使用者的血压、血氧和血糖等健康数据，同时也使用了Health app中的健康数据来获取步数信息以统计用户活动量。
