I am enjoying the game but ... When I opened my game just now, I realized all my lives that I have received from my pop mates have disappeared in my mail box. Even the one I just received. 🥺🥺🥺 What’s happening?

I love this game very much. The game play is challenging. However, after recent update the ads is unavailable after you click on it. Now can’t earn additional coins and other items from ads. Is this a bug?
Game crashes on iPhone 6 Plus device
I really like this game but it always crashes when I am playing it halfway, would really appreciate if this issue could be fix but it might be just because of my old device :(
