南宁医养服务家投资有限公司成立于2016年7月，顺应国家老龄化社会的大背景，专注于养老服务。公司致力开发的核心产品——医养服务家App，是我国首个专注养老护理服务及家政护理服务一体的O2O平台。平台运用互联网+护理+养老+家政的模式，实现供需双方线上发布、在线撮合预约、在线订单形成、线下服务、在线支付、在线评价等功能。App主要分成三大模块:找护理、找家政、紧急呼叫。找护理模块提供医院陪诊、上门护理（居家陪护、疼痛护理、伤口护理、管道护理、中医理疗、临终关怀）等数十项专业护理服务。找家模块提供月嫂、保姆、医院陪护、上门维修、代办事物、上门洗头、上门保洁等服务。紧急呼叫模块为有紧急医疗救助的人提供呼叫就近医护人员现场施救的服务。用户根据自身需求可实现在线下单，即时发布，迅速调动周边医护人员、家政服务人员资源上门或到现场提供及时服务。

在我国以居家为主的养老模式下，医养服务家App的创立，大大弥补了老年患者治疗后期家庭照护资源的缺失，更为护士、护理员、家政服务人员等提供了提升自身价值的新途径，解决了护理这一养老服务的核心需求，更是目前医养结合最紧密的项目，完全符合医改和养老产业发展的方向。企业将以此为契机，打造护理领先的养老服务平台。
