Lunar Calendar
I live in Canada and I use Jorte in Korean and English. I recognized that lunar calendar is showing wrong dates. For example lunar Apr14 is June 2 but it says June 1st. One day difference. Could you please check??

I love the design and organization but for some reason, it says it fails to authenticate and it does not allow me to log in with facebook coz it is not the right account. But I have never logged in, so it is a very annoying set up that keeps popping up.

Don’t know how to add widget
I like the app overall but I have no idea how to add widgets even though the app supposedly supports it now.

It works well and is very customizable. The only thing I wish it had was a widget.
Adorable digital planner
I have been using Jorte since July 2014! I was using paper planners before and wanted to find a digital planner to replace it. The transition was smooth. Glad I found this app🥰
Does not restore purchases when switching devices
I was previously a subscriber of Jorte Buffet, a monthly paid subscription. This subscription's only function was to allow users to download themes under the premium label. I have been a consistent monthly paid subscriber for over two because Jorte offered new Sanrio themes every month. I recently upgraded my phone and was unable to restore these purchases on my new device. When I contacted customer support, they told me that I cannot "download" those themes due to a licensing issue. They further tried to downplay the situation by saying they "sometimes have Sanrio themes," which is flat out lie because the MONTHLY Sanrio themes were the only reason that I paid for the subscription (Go look on their Facebook page where they advertise the new Sanrio themes each month). I was not trying to "download" those themes, I was trying to RESTORE themes that I PAID FOR and OWN. I am hugely disappointed at what I feel is a technical issue on their end and am baffled as to why they offer a theme subscription service, whose only propose is to allow subscribers to download themes, but does not allow users to keep their purchases. I am certain that I'm not they only person in the world that upgrades their device.
