学英语我曾花过很多钱和20年时间，流利说是我用过最好的最经济实惠的学英语软件！！关掉字幕重复老师的语言，特别能够锻炼英语思考能力！赞

用起来很难理解

没有解释单词和语法的意思

垃圾

完全的中式学习方式，班班除了一天几条推销微信其余一问三不知，反馈软件bug或者课程问题爱理不理，买前买后两个态度。现在AI都能人工对话了还天天要人花钱买你们所谓外教，笑死个人。一星都嫌多。课程也一直没改进，语法很多都是一带而过根本讲不清楚。就怕你学完了三个等级找他们返钱。听句劝现在学习英语的app太多了，也有AI方便随时随地练习口语，谁还需要你们那贵得要死又没几节根本学不到东西的外教课，千万不要买这个，后悔别说我没提醒你！

课程内容太简单了，跟初中课程水平差不多，在班主任那里买了课之后，之后有问题找班主任，对面直接就不搭理人了，人前人后两幅模样，不知道他们内部怎么做员工培训和服务培训的，简直是垃圾

只顾售前，不顾售后

流利说的确是对我有帮助的，但同时，里面有些录音真的是很糟，有个男女对话，男人的声音非常油腻，女人的声音像是躲在哪里偷偷录的，生怕吵到别人一样，那种压着嗓子偷偷摸摸的状态真的是太不想再听下去了，每次听这两个人的录音真是灾难，那节课肯定学不好！今天又来了一个新的问题：课程闪退了几十次，同一个地方过不去了，但是客服也不回复，是只有售前没有售后吗？希望有人可以解决一下
