薬局にはは、パーティションや間取りの工夫で会話が漏れないようにするなど、患者が安心して相談できる環境の確保が求められます。また、感染症拡大防止として、感染流行期間中に限り、電話をはじめとした情報通信機器などによる服薬指導も可能となりました。
しかし、現在も来局する患者は依然多く、対面による服薬指導が行われています。このような状況から、薬剤師と患者の会話を最小限で行えるように、会話のヒアリング、残っている薬など、会話しないで患者がスマホを操作して、症状を伝え、その内容に応じて薬剤師から、指導内容をスマホに送るアプリを作成しました。会話の内容が漏れることが少なく、会話を最小限で抑えることで飛沫防止になります。また、パーテーション、マスク等により患者との会話が聞こえ難いことへの対応も行っています。
