为什么app总是崩
若初审核人员请实名，建立投诉审核人员的渠道
审核人员乱审核，完全凭自己个人好恶处理用户评论。若初审核人员请实名上班，建立用户投诉审核人员以及给审核打分的渠道。 审核员本身不受监督，充值花钱的用户反而要受气，什么道理？

死垃圾的体验
书架的书籍不管你喜不喜欢就愣推荐，还不能编辑删除那些不喜欢的书，说白了就是不可关闭的广告，这是违反广告管理规定的
