로그인이 안됩니다.
9년 넘게 잘 쓰고 있었는데 오늘 갑자기 로그인 페이지가 뜨더니 루비 아이디와 비번을 아무리 넣어도 안맞다고 나옵니다. 거실 코맥스에서 루비 비번을 새로 설정하고 앱 로그인 시도해도 로그인이 안되서 앱을 쓸 수가 없어요.

잘쓰고 있던 중에 자동로그아웃됨 로그인하려니 회원정보가 맞지 않대요 월패드 off후 다시 해도 똑같습니다 비번 변경후 로그인해도 맞지 않다고 하고 회원탈퇴(초기화) 후 로그인 해도 같은 증상 발생합니다 쓸수가 없네요ㅠㅠ

원격검침이 3개월?전부터 앱 업뎃 하라고만 뜨는데 버전은 최신버전이거든요, 다른건 다 되는데 원격검침만 확인이 인되요. 보완 부탁드려요.
