本APP設計之目的旨在:
一、使建教生於建教合作機構實習期間，明瞭自身的權益，包括：取得相關職業科別之基本技能、安全衛生、職業倫理道德及勞動權益等相關知能。
二、協助建教生明瞭建教合作之意義。
三、確保建教合作之運作順暢，明確將建教生、合作事業機構及辦理學校間之權益及義務詳列清楚。
四、為建教生編訂勞動人權及勞動權益手冊，並編製電子書刊，便利建教生隨身攜行，藉以建教生強化職場性別平等、勞動事件法適用建教生、職業安全衛生、契約保險等概念，並提供學校實施基礎或職前訓練使用
