简易打卡签到 -- 免注册登入,可用于公司课堂的出席、出勤、加班等纪录
这个服务提供简易打卡签到,不用注册登入,只要打开手机推播机制,采用推播编号为识别方式,不用建立一堆个人资料即可使用,适合只是要小公司建立简单出勤或上课出席等报表。管理者端以及使用者都会有一份可供核对的列表,并且可输出 CSV 档,以建立产生客制报表。

管理者端:可产生 QRCode 供使用者端,然后可产生使用者端扫描的报表。
使用者端:可输入和管理者约定的自订类别,只要用逗号区隔即可形成多栏资料,比如:
签到,部门,员工编号001,名称
最后,使用者端,也会产生扫描过程的报表。
注意:本机保留 60 天资料,但不保证不会遗失,请定期输出备份。特别当手机变更、App重新安装、以及手动删除资料等情形下,资料即会遗失,另外推播识别编号也会变更。

很簡單的就能匯出資料,請使用者編輯 簽到目的與姓名 就可以快速的收集資料了,缺點就是沒網路時只能回歸原始

沒辦法設定太多

不方便如果使用管理者,每2分鐘就要拿一次手機出來,無法直接設定時間是一個敗筆
