“周计”是面向在校学生的学习规划软件，为用户提供计划创建、专注计时、数据统计等功能。
首先，“周计”的关键功能是建立两层级的学习计划。用户先创建本周的学习计划，然后每一天从周计划清单中挑选任务来完成。
以每周为计划周期可以极大的提供计划的实用性，因为从短期来看，用户计划好本周的任务后，可以及时的反馈到每天去执行；从长期来看，一周的计划周期可以及时的根据目标、进度等因素做出计划上的调整，这也是“周计”的核心功能理念。
其次，“周计”提供专注计时，以及学习数据展示与分析，通过“提示”为用户说明统计数据的用法，从而为用户提供优化学习计划的凭据。
然后，考虑到用户为有目标的学生群体，于是在“周计”中提供了倒计时提醒功能和标语功能，用户可以通过倒计时和标语来提醒和鼓励自己。
最后，“周计”为用户提供多种应用主题，用户可以凭借自己的喜好更改主题，同时，“周计”也提供完成的应用使用文档和问题反馈接口，及时处理用户的反馈。
