Simple, yet productive.
This is what I wanted - very simple and easy interface where I can track my progression throughout the week. What I’d love to see added: 1. Progression chart for each workout added to the app. 2. A way to copy and paste previous work outs from past days over (some of workouts repeat within the week). 3. When I update the weight progressions during the week, allow an option to save that weight progression as my “new default.” 4. More colors to organize my push/pull/leg splits (:
