连心桥App是内蒙古自治区统一移动党务服务平台，以各级党群服务中心为平台，开展党建服务、管理、教育、宣传等工作；第一，各级党群服务中心通过“党群连心桥”平台发布信息、开展活动、提供服务、办理业务，突出党建引领、为民服务、基层治理的功能定位，建立线上党群服务中心。通过“党群连心桥”平台，促进党建工作与社会治理、基层服务深度融合，让党员群众时刻能找到党组织。第二，利用“党群连心桥”平台进行党务活动管理、党费收缴管理、视频会议调度等基层党建工作应用系统，全面提高基层党建工作信息化水平。第四，利用“党群连心桥”平台建立干部、党员、群众线上学习教育阵地，打通现有线上培训学习体系，实现积分互认，通过精准推送、计划培训、专题考试，建立网络教育学院，全面提高学员的政治素养和科学文化水平。第五，各级党委组织部门和党群服务中心在“党群连心桥”平台开通“连心号”，建立“连心号”矩阵。通过连心号及时发布政策宣传、党建活动、公示公告等，全方位宣传党建信息。
