闪退无数次

My order was cancelled because of the corovirus. The travel agent refund me immediately within a day. However, there is CNY999 fees charged by Ma feng wo which can only be refunded be them. I first tried to call the customer service, but calls can never be connected successfully. They even remove the option for manual service now. Then I tried online. The online customer service reply you at least 1-2 hours later and close conversation within 5-10mins if no reply. And they always repeat the questions "anything I can help you with?" even if you had provided the question and order no. for many many times. They just ignore it and close conversation ASAP. 我的订单因为新冠病毒被取消，商家当天就退款了，然而有999元马蜂窝平台收取的费用只能找他们客服退。客服电话根本打不进去，现在更是连人工服务的选项都没了。电话里就建议你找app里的客服，我填了表，又把问题发了好几遍，刚开始没人回复，后来变成一两个小时后回复，然后5分钟左右看你没回就直接关闭对话，而且他还装傻，每次只问“你有什么需要帮助的吗？”我明明都写了n遍我的问题了，订单号也提供了，每次他们就当没看见。我也没法知道他啥时候会回复，有不可能一天啥事不干光守着他们客服。这样反反复复三四次了，连话都说不上，感觉他们就是不想处理，就敷衍一下。有人知道怎么找工商局吗？999虽然不算大钱，但对我们刚工作的人来说也不少了，最主要的是态度太恶劣了，实在很气人！

This apps has so many false stories. They are all advertisements for hotels and restaurants. They should have publish something more interesting trip journey hack guide without advertisements. It’s hell annoying!
