叨叨巴士是一款专为视障群体公交出行的服务系统。在交通日益发达的今天，出行对于视障人士而言是极不容易的。另外，在公交车站候车，却不知哪路车开过来，也是视障人士在生活中时常遇到的难题。叨叨巴士的出现，无疑为数以万计的视障人士出行、乘车提供了极大便利。也提升了整个城市的形象，成为了一个城市文明发展的标志。视障群体目前最迫切的需求是无障碍的出行，如无障碍的搭乘公交车、无障碍的出入公共场所等。只有能够无障碍的“走出去”，才能顺畅的参与教育、培训、就业，实现盲人自立自强的中国梦。叨叨巴士的实施，将不仅仅惠及视障人士，更是可以对越来越多的老年人群体提供无障碍服务，以此全面完善青岛市无障碍环境的建设
