我就没见过这么垃圾的软件！付款买了课程，趁你不经意间就不让你登陆了！对于海外用户还不让用当地号码！建议大家都别下载，这坑钱不怕遭报应吗？
Its painful to use this app
This app and the sites have so many bugs! Like I sign up and login through wechat on iphone, then when I switch to my ipad, there is no login through wechat this option, then how do I login on ipad? Also, playing videos with chrome on mac doesnt work.

非常之烂2023年通过网上平台报名了网易云的 高级营养师课程，报名时明确表示了 想考山东人社局的营养师考试，他说 没有问题可以而且说报名费用包含。 没有说明课程是有时间限制的，我完 成报名。也没有和我说有时间限制， 到了第一次报名时间了我说报名但因 为有事没去第二次我说给我报上就说 让我重新交350报名费，不欢而散。 等我今天想看课，发现课程根本打不 开，我找到学管说他说后台自动到 期，我问为什么没有提示，开始推卸 责任，太无视法律了

iPad mini5端ios12闪退，客服要走了屏幕录像和软件日志，最后给出的反馈是让我买个新iPad。各位不要在这上面买课了，他们只支持最新的iOS系统。
误触发弹幕后卡住出不来了
在看录播时，误触了发弹幕，结果就一直卡在发弹幕的，界面退不出来，只能强制关闭软件。 不是我说，播放器真的很难用，拖进度条的时候，不能实时显示拖到了几分几秒，补课听重点时非常不方便。ipad版的视频清晰度没有同等画质网页版的高。
功能设计太差了
看个课右滑调进度，声音也跟着变，我耳朵差点聋了😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
