I purchased this app, but after uninstalling it requires you to purchase again.

Frustratingly complicated to use and the instructions don’t match my iOS. I would love a refund, but don’t know how to request it.

I would like to give this a five star review however I noticed on the set up page and what not and the square that shows up on my homepage there's Chinese symbols well the fact of the matter is I don't speak Chinese and at this point in my life I don't really feel the urge to learn it so I would appreciate if you had both in all English version And then a Chinese version also

Complete app is paywall blocked once you download.. the only free feature which is the battery test doesn't even work..

First time it showed me a result after 2min. no idea if it was accurate. After that I never got any results again, even if the test is running over 10mins.
